Description
A "solid pour" glass house artifact from Kerr Portland, Oregon glass plant. Measures about 4-1/2" in diameter and was the result of glass house procedures in which the fruit jar mold was heated up at the beginning of a production shift by partially filling the mold with hot glass. Someone kept this one, perhaps to use as a paperweight. From an ECONOMY jar mold, circa 1910. Rare.
