Size: HALF GALLON

Color:   AQUAMARINE

Closure:  heavy applied collar mouth made for a cork stopper to be sealed with wax

Appearance:  sparkling glass

Condition:  no damage

Embossing: base only

Base: "FA&Co" and a large black iron pontil scar

Age: 1850's

Availability: a scarce early Pittsburgh jar and a great-looking example
