Closure: original dome-shaped glass lid and a cast iron yoke clamp which is very similar to the original, but probably from a Moores jar (glass lid has damage on the bottom projecting collar)
Appearance: sparkling glass with a light trace of content haze
Condition: jar in good shape, with a manufacturer's pot stone with small radiations
Embossing: strong
Base: unmarked
Age: 1860's
