Closure:  original clear glass lid and original metal yoke clamp with a heart cut-out on the cam lever

Appearance:  shiny glass

Condition:  no damage including a good ground lip with very little flaking

Base:  "SAFETY VALVE PATd MAY 21 1895"

Age:  late 1800's
