Closure: original gold-lacquered tin screw cap with embossed lettering as shown
Appearance: shiny glass, was made with a knock-out slot for coins in the top rear, which is still in place

Embossing: embossed on the front "1776 LIBERTY" and on the top hanger bracket "PATENTED SEP 22 1885"
