Size:  HALF GALLON (approximately 7-1/2" tall and 4-3/8" in diameter)

Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  push-down style grove ring wax sealer mouth finish (still retains an old wax ring in the channel)

Appearance:  seed-bubbly and sparkling glass

Condition:  no damage

Embossing:  n/a

Base:  pontil scar

Age:  c1860

Availability: Rare. Collectors have noted the similarities between this jar and the Wm POGUE and ARTHURS PATENT wax sealer jars of that era.
