Closure:  applied grooved ring wax sealer mouth finish

Appearance:  sparkling glass

Condition:  near perfect....one pinpoint nick on the inner lip, and a tiny manufacturer's pinpoint under-fill on the outer lip

Embossing:  n/a

Base:  unmarked

Age:  1870's

Availability: a rare early wax sealer probably from the Pittsburgh district, and it was found there
