Embossed on the bottom edges "CRYSTAL STROPPER PATENT APPLIED FOR". With advertising for the Root Glass Co of Terre Haute. This was intended for sharpening a straight razor. Good condition with some paint loss to the red border. Measures about 2-3/4" by 2-1/2". Scarce.
