Size:  QUART

Color:  STRONG AQUA

Closure:  applied grooved ring wax sealer mouth finish....in this scarcer version, the inner lip finish is tooled, not sheared

Appearance:  sparkling glass

Condition:  no damage

Embossing:  strong

Base: iron pontil scar

Age:  1850's

Availability: A scarce early jar and a beautiful example....these are most often attributed to the Ravenna Glass Works of Ohio.
