Size: HALF GALLON

Color:   AQUAMARINE

Closure:  original glass lid and original cast iron yoke clamp with thumbscrew and iron spanner bar (one edge chip on the bottom of the glass lid)

Appearance:  sparkling glass throughout

Condition:  manufacturer's edge chipping of the ground mouth all around

Embossing: strong

Base: "2"

Age: c1870

Availability: scarce and a sharp all-original example
