Description

Size:  HALF GALLON

Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  Rare original cast iron clamp and original glass lid. Clamp is in excellent untouched & uncleaned condition. Glass lid has edge chips which is normal.

Appearance:  sparkling glass

Condition:  bruise on the inner lip of the mouth

Embossing:  strong

Base:  unmarked

Age:  c1875

Availability:  rare with original clamp....probably 90% or more of these jars are found with reproduction metal
