A mid 19th century American cutlery tray. Heavily scalloped sides, ends, and divider, with a cut-out hand-hold. Square nail construction. Wood appears to be hard pine. Undisturbed as-found surface with layers of paint history. Measures about 12-1/4" long by 8-1/2" deep by 4-1/2" tall.
