Size:  HALF GALLON

Color:  AQUAMARINE

Closure:  heavy applied ring collar mouth was made for a cork stopper to be sealed with wax

Appearance:  sparkling glass with a good whittled effect all over

Condition:  no damage

Embossing:  strong

Base: iron pontil scar

Age:  1850's

Availability: a great looking example of this iconic early Pittsburgh jar
